Pick-Up & Shipping
Within 1‑Year Warranty
If a repair is needed due to a non-human cause within one year from the purchase date, we will cover the shipping costs for service.
Outside Warranty / Human-Caused Issues

Our technicians will first inspect your stroller, identify the issue, and provide a repair quote.

For these repairs, you will be responsible for parts plus a shipping fee of US$.

If you decide not to proceed with the repair after inspection, an inspection and handling fee of US$ will be charged.
Sending Your Stroller In

When returning your stroller for repair or replacement of parts during the warranty period, please pack it securely in a sturdy cardboard box.

For products outside the warranty period—or in the situations listed below, even within the warranty period—service fees may apply or repair may not be possible, depending on the stroller’s condition.
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under the warranty and may be chargeable or non-repairable:

Lost detachable accessories or external parts (such as storage baskets or pet cabins).

Surface finishes, including coatings, paint, or plating.

Damage or malfunction caused by improper use or not following the instruction manual.

Damage caused by improper storage, accidents, or natural disasters.

Fabric seam damage, tearing, or corrosion/rust on wheels, frame, or base caused by harsh conditions (high humidity, freezing, snow, mold, pests, or prolonged sun exposure).

Normal wear and tear on everyday-use parts such as wheels, footrests, handlebars, paint on frame or parts, and fabric or other consumable components.

Damage resulting from repair or modification by unauthorized persons.

Damage occurring during air transport or other forms of transportation.
A Few Important Notes

This warranty applies only to strollers purchased from authorized Posh Paws retailers.

Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
