Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the contiguous United States (48 states) via FedEx home delivery to residential street addresses only.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Box addresses at this time.

1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order and payment are completed, we typically ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day and then shipped within the same 3–5 business day timeframe.

Please note: Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates based on FedEx transit times and are not guaranteed.

2. What delivery methods are available? Do you offer pickup locations?

At this time, we only offer home delivery by FedEx to eligible residential street addresses within the 48 contiguous states.
We do not currently offer in‑store pickup, third‑party pickup locations, or shipments to PO Boxes.

3. Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow the delivery status online.

4. Which carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped via FedEx using a standard home delivery service.

5. Can I request weekend delivery or a specific delivery date?

You may add a note at checkout if you prefer a certain delivery date or weekend delivery.
However, FedEx delivery schedules and weekend service availability vary by area, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. Actual delivery will depend on FedEx routing and local service in your region.
