Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping on the Posh Paws online store (the “Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form the complete agreement between you and Banfubi LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us”) regarding your use of the Platform, the purchase of products, and any related legal relationship. By accessing the Platform or purchasing any product through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform. If you continue to use the Platform or purchase products after any changes are posted, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the revised Terms.

If you do not have full legal capacity under applicable civil law (for example, if you are a minor), you must obtain prior consent from your legal representative or guardian before making any purchase through the Platform. If you violate this requirement and cause any loss or damage to the Company, you understand and agree that you and your legal representative (or guardian) will be jointly and severally liable for such damages.

3. Online Ordering

  1. In addition to these Terms, all information displayed on individual product pages and throughout the ordering process (including but not limited to transaction conditions, restrictions, and instructions) forms part of the contract between you and the Company.

  2. The transaction terms (including but not limited to price and product quality), product descriptions, and shipping arrangements for products you purchase through the Platform are based on the service agreements between the Company and the relevant suppliers. If any consumer dispute arises from such transaction terms, product descriptions, or shipping arrangements, your claims should be directed to the supplier. The Company, as an e‑commerce platform, only provides marketing services and is not a party to such disputes; however, we will assist you in seeking resolution where possible.

  3. When you complete the ordering process on the Platform in accordance with the specified steps, conditions, and procedures, you are deemed to have agreed to purchase the relevant product or service under these Terms and all related conditions, restrictions, and agreements displayed on the relevant webpages. If your contact information (such as address or phone number) changes after you place an order, you must promptly notify us by phone or email to update your information. You may not refuse payment or deny the validity of your order on the basis of incorrect or outdated contact information that you did not update.

  4. After you complete the online ordering process, the system will automatically send you a notification by email or other means. This notification only confirms that we have received your order details; it does not mean that the transaction is complete or that a contract has been formed. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order. If there are errors in transaction terms, products are out of stock, or services cannot be provided, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  5. Any price displayed as “Suggested Retail Price,” “Discount Price,” or similar wording on the Platform is the price suggested by the supplier or service provider. It does not represent an actual transaction price in any specific region, store, or time period.

  6. For all products and services you order, the supplier of the product is responsible for product quality, after‑sales service, and warranty in accordance with the conditions set out in its service agreement with the Company. The supplier provides you with quality commitments, warranty, and after‑sales service, and the Company is not a party to those obligations. However, as an e‑commerce platform, and unless otherwise provided in these Terms, the Company will assist you in resolving any questions or disputes arising from your purchases on the Platform.

  7. Shipping fees and who bears them for your ordered products or services will be determined according to the information stated on the relevant product or service pages and in the ordering process. If no shipping information is provided, shipping fees will be borne by the supplier.

  8. You may choose the delivery location and method for your ordered products or services according to the options, conditions, and limitations stated on the relevant product or service pages and in the ordering process.

  9. All online transactions and related matters on the Platform are expressed and recorded in electronic form. The Platform system will store your electronic transaction records, and you may log in to your account at any time to view them. If you discover any errors in your transaction records, you should contact the Company immediately so we can assist in verification.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  1. You are entitled to a seven‑day period starting from the day after you receive the goods (including weekends and holidays) to reconsider your purchase. After this period expires, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

  2. Please note that this seven‑day period is for inspection, not a trial period. Products eligible for return or exchange must be in “brand new condition,” with “complete packaging,” and “no damage to appearance.” All accessories, gifts, invoices, and receipts must be included. Do not disassemble or modify the product, and do not damage the original box or packaging. The original outer box, packaging, and parts are all considered part of the product. If any items are missing, damaged, or incomplete, this may affect your eligibility for return or exchange, and we may deduct the necessary costs to restore the product to its original condition.

  3. Certain products, due to their nature, cannot be returned or exchanged. These include, for example: opened food items, baby hygiene products, perishable goods, products with short shelf life, customized items, and personal hygiene products.

  4. If you request a return or exchange because the product does not meet your expectations (rather than due to a defect or error), you understand that you may be responsible for any shipping fees, bank transfer fees, or other related costs associated with the return or exchange.

  5. For pet strollers, baby strollers, car seats, and other products with wheels or fabric components, due to safety and hygiene considerations, the following additional conditions apply:

    • Wheel contact: If the wheels have made contact with the ground (showing friction marks, dirt, or wear), the product is considered used and no longer qualifies as “brand new” for return purposes.

    • Hygiene: If a pet has entered the cabin (causing hair, dander, odors, or secretions), returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to hygiene and health concerns (including prevention of parasites and skin disease transmission).

5. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that if the Company is required by law or contract to compensate or reimburse you for any reason, the Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the actual amount received by the Company for the specific disputed transaction.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (U.S.)

  1. These Terms, the Platform, and all online transactions, orders, and activities conducted between you and the Company through the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  2. If any dispute arises between you and the Company relating to these Terms or any other legal relationship involving the Platform, both parties shall first negotiate in good faith to seek a resolution. If litigation becomes necessary, you and the Company agree that the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, and you waive any objection to venue in those courts.
